I went..Learned alot..Even had a good laugh or 3. I love the Drs and staff. I am so glad I went. I still think my spouse is iffy about it..but I don't care. Mary

My husband was not supportive of my decision, either. I hate to sound like I am husband-bashing, but it isn't his decision to make. I told mine that I realized that he was against me having the surgery but this was something that I needed to do for my own health. I made my support network with friends and on-line friends and I am doing fine. My surgery is scheduled for May 5th and I know I will have lots of folks praying for me and keeping in contact. Hi Mary, I went through the same thing. My hubby was very upset that I went through with the surgery. He remained upset until about a month after my surgery. It then dawned on him that I was going to survive and he got much better about the whole thing. He now praises me daily and tells me how glad he is that I had the surgery, as he knows how much happier, and healthier I am now. Good luck to you, and God Bless. Jenni 300/212/145 -88 lbs.
