Insurance Question
Here's my situation...
I am a stay at home mother of two (15/12) I am trying to find insurance to get on my own ie; Blue Cross Anthem/Humana...but I really don't have a clue as in what would be my best choice..and money is limited and I want to choose a good one that won't jerk me around...as far as I know I don't qualify for any assistance...so if anyone could please suggest or direct me in the right direction I would so appreciate it.
Thank You, Tracey
can you not get a medical card??
I do not know for sure but self-pay insurance will have a 12 to 18 month
preexisting condition clause. Meaning you will be paying for insurance that will not cover any WL items. I assume you are overwweight since you are posting here. PLEASE do not think I'm being rude.
It may be very pricey?? You can call around to bc/bs, humana and indepentant insurance sales people. This is just my thoughts!!

I tried to apply for a medical card and the only way I could even get one is if I'm pregnant, and well...that hardly seems worth it. and I'm finding out after many phone calls that self-pay insurance isn't going to be an option. nor does my even getting the surgery done.
Thank you for responding, Tracey
