Friday, 2/25/05, Op Day

Tomorrow is the big day! Am excited, anxious, and scared. The support I've received here has been wonderful, thanks to all. Sheila Justice from Phelps, KY is having her surgery here in Louisville tomorrow also. She'll be at Nortons, I'll be at the VA. It will be neat to compare notes with her as we progress after surgery. If you have a chance say a prayer for the two of us. Thanks to all, Dick Coomes

Hi Richard, congratulations on the big day tomorrow. I will pray for both you and Shelia that God will place his hands on your surgeons hands and guide his every move. I pray that God gives you the peace that passes all understanding tonight and tomorrow so you will be rested. I pray for guardian angels all around your bed to protect you and I pray that God will guide the anestelogist and his decisions.. I pray you are kept in perfect peace and health. God bless you Judy

Good luck both Sheila and Richard. I had my surgery at Nortons Sheila is in wonderful hands. The nurses and aids at Nortons are top notch. I haven't heard anything about the VA in Louisville byt I know their suppose to be great. I'm sure you'll both do fine. You'll be on the losing side soon congrats. Good luck and God bless.
