I'm New

Hello everyone. After being a member of AMOS for a LONG time, and never joining in, I have decided to take an active part in the boards. I have also recently updated my profile for the first time. Maybe my new energy is coming from the fact that I have finally gotten approved for surgery! Well, nice to meet you all, and I hope to be a friend, helper or encourager to anyone that needs it. Hi Sheila..I'm a patient of Dr Rod's and you're right--he is a great surgeon. I've not had any trouble...from the surgery til 80lbs later. I am losing some of my hair, but that's my fault not his. Do everything he tells you to and everyone else on this site, and you'll do wonderful. Everyone has helped me tremendously. Had my surgery 8/26 out of the hospital in 4 days...walked more than they told me I had to..which was a feather in my cap, unbeknownst to me..those nurses will report you...and been doing great and feeling more great than I can begin to tell you.. renee
