Morning ya'll
I don't seem to have time to post on the boards much lately, but here I am and I'm going to try my best to come on here at least every other day and give you all something to read on the KY board.
I'm a patient of Dr. Rodriguez and I'm waiting medicaid decision. They don't get in any kind of a hurry in Frankfort do they? It's ok though, I love the thought of going to my mailbox every morning and looking to see if there is a letter from them yet and then like a disappointed child without a new toy, I stomp my big hinny back down to the house and whine a few hours.
What about this weather? It's lovely for now i reckon but I feel a cold drift coming through anytime soon. Hopefully we won't get another foot and a half of snow. That was horrid. We were stuck in this house for over a week and couldnt do anything at all...that sucked some but not so much that I lost 10 pounds during that week.
Take care Ky Family,
Gina HTML
Hi Gina. Isn't this weather something. I am originally from California, and it is such a change. I have lived here since 1997, and I still don't think I am use to it. I came home from the hospital the day after our last ice storm on the 22nd. I hear ya when you say Frankfort takes it's time. I know someone who had been waiting since June, I think, and just had her surgery in December. Good Luck!!

Hi Gina
Nice to hear that you will be around this board... it's pretty quiet!
Welll the good news today is ... it's hump day!!! Yea only 2 more days and the weekend will be upon us. Hear ya about the weather... I think the Ohio river has crested a couple times this week alone.
Take care and be patient... I know it's hard!!!
Hugs,
Rhonda

Hey Gina... try driving in that horrid storm! I left Fort Campbell, KY and drove to Detroit, MI the day that big storm hit and all it did was follow me all the way up there! UGH! A 8.5 hour drive took 17 hours!!! Our fastest speed was 45 mph.... and there were several times when 15 was as fast as we could drive. In several counties in OHIO we wee told to pull over and get a hotel room but we couln't b/c all the exits off of I-75 were backed up with truckers! LOL! So we just kept putting along! You should have seen us... it was too funny.... thankfully we have a tv, dvd, and playstation in the truck... we kept ourselves entertained!
Anyways... I just wanted to try and cheer you up a bit. Don't worry, your letter will come soon!
Brightest Blessings~
