called the doctor office today 1-4-05 talked to valery she said no word on approval the medical card place said should have heard by now I told valery this and she said sorry mrs. arnold we haven't heard anything we will call as soon as we hear anything I am begining to get very anxious they didn't send in my paper work in untill11-04-04 I thought it didn't take the medical card place long to approve you.been trying since 9-10-04

Freda don't give up. The doctors in that office are awesome and you deserve your chance at happiness. Dr Larson was my surgeon and I dealt with Celeste. You may want to call and see if she can do anything for you. She was calling the insurance company every other day for me. Now when you call her, don't just leave a message. I kept calling until I spoke to her personally. She's great and will bend over backwards to help you! Good Luck
