Hey Guys Thanks SO VERY MUCH FOR THE PRAYERS!! Angela thanks for calling me, your a I'm home. Came home Saturday evening. According Dr. Shina everything went according to plan!! According to me I don't think I should be in this much pain!! I actually thought the shots would be the worse, they have been a breeze!! I do have to see a kidney specialist later. And will have to have a bellybutton heria repaired AND my gallbladder removed. Dr. Shina told me can do those and it will be a breeze compared to lap rny!! I feel very weak but that is to be expected. Yesterday was better than the day before. So glad to through the surgery. I'm ready to start healing!! I weighted 226.5 day of surgery and 238 at discharge. That is to be expected because of the fluilds. I have to see Dr. Shina this week to have my drain removed this week. I'm getting sleepy from my pain medicine, got to go lay down. Love & Blessings Tonya

Welcome home! So glad that you have made it to the losing side. I thought about you the entire time you were in the hospital wondering how you were doing and praying for the Lord's will in your recovery. Will continue to pray for your speedy recovery and increase of weight loss. God Bless. Karen

Just relax and heal Tonya, in a week you'll feel almost back to normal. The hardest part is over. I am almost 3 weeks out and I feel great. Mine was open. I promise it does get better just take it easy. God be with you and a speedy recovery. Welcome to the losing side.

Thanks for the kind words!! I do seem to feel a little better each day. I thought I would bounce back really quick. HAHAHAHAHA As I have been reminded I'm also not as young as I was for previous surgeries. I was not really nervous about the surgery but knowing I was going to have to give myself the fragmin shots after i got home was kinda scary. Hick the shots are the easy part!!! The pain seems to get better each day. I'm finally beginning to get comfortable. Thanks again Love & Blessings Tonya
