Staples out

I went tuesday and had my staples removed. I was suprised to learn that I had lost 23 pounds in less than 2 weeks. friday will be 2 weeks. I'm just so excited by all of this.

Congratulations Kim. I had my staples out Wednesday. I thought that it would hurt, but it really wasn't bad. Congratualtions again!!
