This is the first day I have been excited.

I decided the middle of October to go ahead with the bypass surgery. I went to Dr. Shina's seminar the 26th and submitted the paperwork. Today I called his office to ask the status. They told me that the paperwork was submitted to my insurance on 11/8. It seems so real now. I know it takes time, please pray that all will go well and be approved. Thanks.

Karen We are somewhat in the sameboat!! I was at the seminar that morning in his office. Did you go to the office or the one at night?? Anyway~ I too am waiting to hear!! It is exciting but sometimes I get nervous too!! oh well I gave it to the Lord to handle so I do not spend all my time wondering & waiting!! LOL My insurance is Humana. I do not know how long it will take them to decide if I qualify. The good news is Dr. Shina's office has done so many of these surgeries that they know what to submit. Hey let me know what you find out. It would be cool if we have our surgery the same day!! Blessings Tonya
