Dr. Wheeler a good surgeon??

I am asking if anyone on this message board has had surgery with Dr. Wheeler and what do you think about him? I am in the process of getting all my testing together and plan on allowing Dr. Wheeler to do my surgery. Just wondering what others thought of Dr. Wheeler in Ashland Kentucky. Love to hear from you!

I think Dr. Wheeler is a very good surgeon. He assisted on my RNY nearly 2 1/2 years ago. I trust him enough that my wife is going to have him do the banding in the very near future. I attend his support group each month and have talked to many of his patients. I find him very competent and seemingly caring surgeon. Let me know if I can answer any specific questions.
