HELP!!!!!!! Needing my records/Fitzhugh Mullins

I am needing to get in touch with Dr. Fitzhugh Mullins in Louisville KY, I had my surgery at Norton Hospital several years ago. I am now applying for tummy tuck and breast lift and my insurance needs the record to review. I do know that he has retired. But does anyone know how I can go about getting my records?
