Hi,
I have been told, that insurance covers the tummy tuck if it is medically necessary. For instance if you have hernia's, then they will do the tummy tuck while repairing the hernia. Also if you have an inflamed area under your tummy due to it hanging over, and not getting any air. I have been told they will cover this too. Ask your surgeon, he or she can tell you. Thank u, Jenni, I have problems now getting yeast infections, etc where my skin flaps are are hanging over. I take a shower every morning and night and try to keep myself dry. I haven't had surgery yet, I go for my consult and seminar this Tues with Dr Shina in Louisville. Talk to u later on.
