Debbie, Do you have Humana? I have Humana HMO and was denied the first time. I have an exclusion in my contract. I submitted the first time back in March. I had Dr. Steiner's office resubmit the request and haven't heard anything yet, which may be a good sign. A denial letter will usually come pretty fast. I am hoping!! If you have any helpful information about how to get approved with Humana or how to get around an insurance exclusion, please let me know. Thanks, Adrian
