Hi Shell,

I am sooooooo very happy for you. You've waited long enough. I got a date today too. It is Oct. 26. I could have had it for Oct.12, but I wanted to wait a couple more weeks till I have been off the ciggy's a bit longer. Wishing you a very speedy safe, and pain-free recovery.
