Approval may be revoked..... grrrrr

I was approved on Sept 2nd and yesterday the 16th I found out that the insurance co is now saying it is not approved... Has this happened to anyone else? My surgery date is the 22nd, they have not removed me from the surgery schedule yet and it is only 5 days away. I need prayers and a miracle big time.
