Anyone have Great West Life and Annuity, PPO, PHCS?

Anyone have Great West? We have it thru AP Technoglass. When I called them they said I had to be at least 100lbs over what I should weigh and I weigh 195 over what I should so no problem there. They also said I would have to have something else wrong with me and I do; high blood pressure, joint pain, small arteries diease, and sleep apnea. They also said they wanted 6 months of diet history, got it. So I guess I need to make an appt...
