more insurance problems

I haven't heard anything from Bluegrass Family Health about okaying my surgery. But I did talk to someone in the dr's support group and the outlook is not good for me. They are very tough to get the okay from, and it looks like I don't have the documentation they exactly want. So, now I wait until I hear for sure from Bluegrass and try to hang on. I have insurance through the state and it's going to change big time. I will have to pay more out of pocket to get the lap band surgery if it is okayed. I am very frustrated and disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear that. It is so frustrating that the decision is being made by others and that we have no control over our own destiny. This insurance business is a pain.
