Is there a Kentucky Conference?

I know that OH has a National Conference but I was wondering if they do anything at state level or if anyone does. It would be alot easier to travel closer (in state). Does anyone know of anything happening in our state like this? I think it would be great to have a conference or something like it to meet others in our own state. What do you think? Hi April! I was wondering the same thing. I would love an OH event to come to KY. It would be great to meet people who have and are going through what we are. I have met one person on the site and we have become great friends. I hope to see an answer from this post, and hopefully it will be that there is going to be something here. It is just too hard to travel further away.- Melissa

I have not herd of any close to us but it would be so wonderfull if their was i know I would go if they was closer cause can not afford to go to the ones so far away I would also lve to be able to afford to go on the cruise they do I think each yr Its a good price on it but still just can not afford it right now maybe one day Take Care Huggs Beth

Hi Melissa and Beth, Thanks for responding. I knew someone would agree with me. I think this would be great. I love my Support Group and enjoy the meetings but I am interested in meeting others in our state. I think it would be so fun. What part of the state are yall from? I am in Eastern Kentucky near Ashland. Maybe we could try posting a Chat Room and see how many people show up.??? Do they ever have a Chat going on in here? I have never seen one. What do you think of trying to schedule one and see how many show up??? It's nice to see there are people here on the KY board.
