DENIED AGAIN !!!

Good Morning Everybody, I just received another denial from CHA based on the fact that I have not had a Hgba1C level of 8 or above for 12 months. I was expecting it this time, So I have all of my medical information together and addressed to be sent to state representives governor and some members of congress.. Keep me in your prayers.

Debbie, I am SO sorry to hear that you have been denied again!! I cannot believe that they have gotten so ridiculously strict about these approvals. I think about you often and know that you are always in my prayers . Do whatever it takes to try to get this approval!! Love and hugs, Sharan

Hey Sharan, Thank you for your prayers...and I wasnt disapointed this time, God has blessed me to be able to accept this denial without disapointment and to begin to accept that he has other things in store for me.I've been so greatly blessed with family and friends.. and maybe this is the way god meant for me to be ? But I do know I'm gonna keep trying .. Just keep me in your prayers..

Have you done an appeal? You need to appeal the ruling, which actually will probably be denied and then go for an external review. I know several people who have had CHA and had their denials overturned by the external review committee. The external review is conducted by the State Department of Insurance.
