Danville Support Group Meeting

Inviting everyone in the Danville area to our support group meeting! Thanks to the Danville Boyle County Public Library we know have a place to meet! Meetings are scheduled now through December for the third Monday of the month: August 16 (first meeting), September 20, October 18, November 15, and December 20. The library will reevaluate our needs at that time and schedule into 2005. Meeting times are from 6:30 - 7:30/8 (the Library closes at 8, so we have clean up time). I want to encourage everyone who plans to attend to bring a friend or invite someone who is considering/has had WLS. This is not intended to replace any support group you now attend, especially that of your surgeons office, this is only intended to be a community support tool an outreach of ourselves to each other. Please, if you have any questions, concerns, or meeting ideas I am open to everything and encourage you to attend our first meeting which should be more of an organizational meeting and how we want to conduct future meetings i.e. guest speakers, clothing exchanges, etc. I am so excited and can't wait to meet everyone!
