Pressure in Chest 10 post op

I am 10 days post op and the last few days I have this heavy feeling in my chest. I think that it is like gas because I burp and burp and burp but it doesn't seem to make it any better. I am walking 3 time a day about 20 minutes at a time. It really hurts, it feels like something sitting on my chest. Any suggestion about how to get rid of it would be greatly appreciated. I am taking pecid 1x a day and have been using sugar free tums some relief but, not a great deal.

Kathy I know that gas can do that, but still I'd go see the doctor and let him confirm that. Better to be safe than sorry.
