Needing Advice on an Upcoming Hearing

I was denied two times by Medicaid and I have just recently received a letter for my hearing date which will be August 9th at 11:00 I wanted to find someone who has gone through a hearing and can help me out. They are asking for more evidence and witnesses and I really don't know what other evidence I can send in or what witnesses I need. I have all information from all the doctors and I am going to see another psychiatrist for a second opinion. My first didn't write anything bad, but the doctor *****ad the report for the second appeal stated that he found that I have complusive overeating. He said that he got this out of the psych evaluation, but none of my doctors or the surgery can figure out how he got that after reading it, for nothing is stated in the evaluation about any eating disorder at all. And this isn't true at all, and I was told even if I did have it, this would be a good reason to have the surgery and this is why many of us do have the surgery.
