Looking for a FILL Dr in Ky or TN....

Hello, I had my surgery June 3rd and I dont think I'm ready for a fill just yet but heres my deal. I live in Ky, my best friend had the surgery a year ago and used a Dr in Atlanta. So since she done so well and was comfortable with him I wanted to use him also. I seen him for the 1st time last October by the time I fought my insurance and got approval it was April 2004. So I scheduled my surgery for June. Well 3 days before my surgery the Dr office called to let me know I would have to have $3280.00 up front because the Dr was no longer in BCBS network as of 2004. Well needless to say that pissed me off but I did not want to reschedule my surgery so I borrowed the money. BUT at that time I asked how much out of pocket would I have to pay for my fills and they told me $180.00 since I have to pay 40% being out of network. SO....I call the Dr office last week to see about a fill the 1st of Aug, and they told me as of July the Dr has went up to $1000.00 and my part would now be $400.00 not to mention I drive 300 miles and the gas cost a arm and a leg....LOL. It has just kinda rubbed me the wrong way and I'm looking for a Dr that is closer thats IN the BCBS network that would do my fills. Hopefully I can find one that does them under fluro. There are several doctors in Louisville and Georgetown. Some to check out: Dr. Shina at Norton Suburban in Louisville Dr. Larson, Rodriquez and Allen at University Surgical associates in Louisville Not sure about the name of the guy in Georgetown, it's who my cousin went to and she loved him.

I'm seeing Dr.Bolar in Lexington. He used to be in Georgetown. He and his office staff are wonderful.
