WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!! I am so happy for you sweety! I have only lost 43lbs total. It is going very slow these days. I did a big nono. Made some beans and cornbread. Put a small amount of beans in a bowl, sprinkled a little cornbread, big nono. Took 4 bites blew up like a balloon. So uncomfortable, even worse than when I was bigger and got that horrible full feeling. I walked and walked and paced trying to get it moving through my system and burn some. Never again. Mostly I just have 2 protein drinks, lots of water, and some meat or peanut butter. I get full very easy. 3 slices of ham or one stalk of celery with peanut butter on it, and that is about all I can take. I have been real lucky. No dumping or sickness. I can eat what my family eats but only a few bites. No sugar though. about once a week I do have a little s/f eese's peanutbutter cup, or a little s/f icecream.It does the trick if I have the urge to eat a sweet. The icecream is breyers carb something, no sugar added. The s/f reese's tastes just as good as the real. Anyway's off of me. 7 more days!!!! Let me know how it goes. I will keep you in my prayers. I have been praying that you would be ok. Prayer works miracles. YOu will have this surgery, and I will be here with open arms to greet you on the losing side. I'm here every step of the way.
