Another Question....
First (and anyone can correct me if I am wrong) but I don't think it is necessarily that they want you to loose so fast it is just how your body does it and second (again anyone can correct me if I am wrong) The slower You loose is better because when an obese person looses quickly WITHOUT THE SURGERY there body's hormones and emotions and craving and such kick in and you end up eating to fill yourself with all that you had been missing and generally end up gaining it back kinda like when you stay up all night and it takes days to make up for it before you get rested again well your body says fill me up I need that full feeling again and then from my experiences anyway you even gain back more than you had originally lost when done Quickly, Now on the other hand when you do it without the surgery and You can manage to loose slower then it is generally because You are adjusting Your eating habits and learning a new pattern and Your body adjusts with You and You have a greater chance of keeping it off. I don't honestly think that loosing fast is unhealthy with the surgery and vits, but without the surgery to loose that fast means you are starving yourself litterally and many don't know to take vits. I hope You can follow this I am not very good at explaining thing and understand that this is just my reasoning and experience I could be wrong. Hope I have helped though. Luck
