HELP!!! I'm so mad I could scream!

Has anyone here had any experience with Dr. Allen's office? My information was submitted to my insurance for approval. Last thursday I got a denial letter because Dr. Allen's office had submitted for a Laproscopic Gastric Bypass, but when I had my appt. on June 11 they knew that they had to submit for an open bypass. So I talked to my insurance and the told me to have the office submit for the right proceedure. I've been calling Dr. Allens office everyday and I always get an answering machine, and they still have yet to call me back. Does anyone know how to get a hold of these people? Please Help!!!!
