New here can anyone answer a Question?

I am Really wanting to have this surgery done though I am in the beginning stages of research to see the steps that are about to take me to where i have wanted to be since kindergarten. Anyway I can't hardly wait till morning so I can start making " The Calls" to the surgeons that I have selected to see if any of them accepts Medicaid/Medicare. Does anyone know who does and who doesn't I have looked into DR. Steiner appears that he may anyone help?

I have a few friends on here who are on medicaid and they have used Dr. Rodriquez in Louisville. I hear he is a good surgeon and takes the medicaid card. I hope i have helped. good luck on your weight loss journey! take care Kim

Hey Linda, good luck, I applaud your decision to move forward with this surgery! I live in woodbine right outside corbin, KY . I had my Surgery on Nov 7th 2003 I've lost 73pds. I am on medicaid, I was approved for my surgery on my first attempt. My Doctor is Rodriquez in Louieville,KY I had mine done at U of L.

Great Job on your success. I scheduled Yesterday with Rodriguez but unfortunatly My appointment isn't until November I wish so bad it could be sooner, but I am not gonna complain. much haha Anyway can I ask you if you had any complications and what type you had? Ow and what all that you have heard about Rodriguez I can only find compliments I think that is good. LOL Let me know and Congratulations.
