I FINALLY MADE IT TO MY FIRST ANNIVERSARY..

HI EVERYONE JUST WANTED TO POST MY GOOD NEWS. I FINALLY MADE IT TO MY FIRST ANNIVERSARY AND YES IT DOES FINALLY HAPPEN, ALTHOUGH THE YEAR HAS FLOWN BY. IT HAS BEEN AN EXERIENCE, ALOT OF UPS AND DOWNS MOSTLY UPS, I STARTED ON 5-22-03 AT 306LBS AT 5'11" NOW AFTER JUST A YEAR I AM 132 A TOTAL OF 174LBS. I WORE A SIZE 26 IN PANTS AND 4 OR 5X SHIRTS NOW I AM IN A SIZE 8 JEANS AND MED SHIRT AND THE COOL THING IS IT IS NOT ELASTIC THEY HAVE BUTTON AND ZIPPERS HOW COOL IS THAT. I FEEL WONDERFUL. THIS HAS BEEN VERY HARD BUT I AM HEALTHIER, AND I WILL BE AROUND FOR MY KIDS ALOT LONGER THAN I WOULD HAVE. I THANK DR. BOLAR FOR NO COMPLICATIONS AND HIS GREAT SKILLS IN THIS VERY DANGEROUS AND SCARY PROCEDURE.

That is so great to hear. I love to hear of BIG losses and yours was tremendously fast, wasn't it? I also have a LOT to lose and your message gives me great hope.
