Hello girls just wondering how you came out with the ins. co. company May 6? They have stuck with the denial for my son CJ. Trish

Trish, I haven't heard anything yet. I had a teleconference on Thursday. Of course, they don't tell you anything then. I will probably get a letter of denial on Monday. I really don't know what it will take to get approved, but are you going to try the External Review? I plan to if I am denied. What co-morbidities does CJ have? Good luck!

They stuck to my denial as well received the letter the day after my birthday. What a wonderful birthday I have already received the paper that I need for the external review board. My surgeons office called me on Monday and told me not to give up that they have had one denial overturned by the external review board since CHA started this crap with having to have diabetes for at least a year. I'm going to fight them or die trying! Let me know something. Bridget
