Needing More Help !!!

I have been denied by CHA twice and I am still trying to get them to overturn their decision... I'm am in the process of writing a letter to the Ky State Dept of Ins.. Has anyone ever done this before ? Or does anyone know where I could get a sample copy of one submitted ? I'm Not giving up.... Please keep me in your prayers . Good Luck and God Bless. Debbie

I was also denied by CHA because of their new amended criteria. I have appealed but haven't heard anything from that yet. When were you denied and when did you hear from your appeal? I DID send a letter to the Ky. Dept. of Ins. and received a letter saying that they were investigating my complaint and would let me know their findings in writing within 30 days. That letter was sent April 11. I just sent them a copy of my appeals letter that I sent CHA and a copy of a letter from my PCP.
