Anyone want to help me???

Ok here it is.. Now my insurance wants a letter from me stating why I want the surgery. So I was wondering if anyone else did this and what did they say.. If you have copies of the letters.. it can give me some ideas.. thanks

Hi Terri, this may sound silly but just write whats in your heart. let them know you watn a healthier and hopefully longer life. let them know you have dreams for the future and that you believe this surgery will be the tool too help you succeed. good luck with your letter and I hope I helped in some way.

Hi Terri, I got the very same info today. I could write a book on why I believe that I should have this. If you get any information would you be so kind as to pass it on to me? Thank You.
