"Does anyone have Dr. Weiss?" response

It is unfortunate that I have to address such false information as has been brought to my attention today. To set the record straight: The patient you are referring to died three months after she had surgery at Georgetown Community Hospital. She had returned to work and had no complaints whatsoever at the time of her death and passed away in her sleep. Her autospy showed the cause of death was COMPLETELY UNRELATED to the gastric bypass procedure. She had known heart disease. Her husband is a post bariatric surgery patient of ours as well and will validate this information. Since Dr. Oldham and I joined this team in July 2003, we have had no deaths whatsoever. Any rumors to the contrary are absolutely false and we will vigorously defend our excellent results to date. We are happy to share our data with anyone who is interested. G. i am going to see dr weiss and wanting surgery. what happened
