Going for second pre-op visit

Hi everyone, I am going for my second pre-op office visit with Dr. Rodriguez. I have had all of my testing done with my thyriod dr, my heart dr, the nutrionist, and the psychologist.I am clear for surgery. It is my under- standing that this is the apointment to get everything ready to submit to insurance(medicaid/kenpac). My appointment is on wed Apri 14, any last minute advice or have any idea what to expect? Thanks ahead of time for your input. Please send me some good luck my way.
