aftercare important!

Many problems can arise post-op, such as incision infection. If your doctors staff sheilds all patients messages to dr or doesn't give dr. patient messages....beware. You can be at a greater risk than you think. Most medical drs. staffs" are astute at shielding calls/messages that the dr. should recieve. I ended up in the ER for treatment of infection, instead seeing my dr. the day before when i called his office about the infection. I've also gotten another presciption med from the er dr. for the sores on my mouth. So be prepared to go somewhere else for care if you need to. 11 days post-op. Judith

My doc gives his patients his email and they can address him directly if needed.
