ANOTHER QUESTION !!

What is KY ACCESS ??

Going WAYYYYYYYYYY out on a limb here but is it that state insurance (not the low income ins) that people who have a lot of medical problems and cannot find regular health insurance can buy into? Just a guess. Sounds familiar. My son went thru a corporation called ACCESS to get placed in a supported living house. THAT Access, helps people that need it with financial help for things like housing, computers, schooling. I think it is for handicapped people only.
