KY ACCESS? anyone heard of it?

I have the dreaded Walmart Plan, the one that everyone detests. Because it doesnt cover hardly anything. I was referred to KY access. I have been reading over it. and Its expensive, but it maybe worth it if i Can get the surgery approved. Its about 350 a month. and they want 2 months up front. I was just wondering if anyone has had it and if they made them wait to get approved. I looked it up under Insurers on this website (0besityhelp.com) I seen 2 people have had it and they got their wls's but neither has responded to my emails. So maybe they changed email address's or something... Not sure. Could someone please help me? YOu can go to their website and read over it. If you know much about insurance. I sure dont. Just put KY ACCESS INto the search engine. It will bring it up. Thanks in advance.... Kim

I have heard of it and looked into it myself.. Dont try calling because you will be on hold forever. I have called mornings and evenings and its still the same. I also emailed the same people and never got a response back so maybe they have changed emails. I will keep you posted if I get an answer with them. I have asked for an application be sent to me but havent received it yet. When I do I will keep u informed.. Good Luck.

Just make sure they don't have a "pre-existing condition clause that makes you wait for a couple of years for benefits for those conditions.
