Gastric Lap band by Dr. Geller in Louisville, KY

Hello everyone. I was just wondering if there is anyone else on this message board that is waiting for Dr. Geller to start performing the Gastric Lap Band in Louisville? I have been approved but just waiting now for word on when he will start performing the procedure. I would appreciate hearing from anyone that is waiting, like I am.

I went to Dr. Geller about Gastric Lap Band, but he told me he is willing to do it, but another surgeon would have to be in there with him because the procedure is new for him. Forget it I am going to Dr. Allen.

Lap Band on 01/23/11

Hi! I just now saw your post on the website. I am scheduled for Dr. Geller to do my lap band on May 18th at Suburban Hospital and am so excited!! Are you going to have a long wait for Dr. Allen to do your surgery? I had checked into it and i think it is around a two year wait!
