Approved---Now what?

Hi everyone, I am fairly new to this site and wanted some advice on some things, I was waiting to meet with a physician in the state to have my surgery done but I opted for an out of state. My insurance (BCBS) approved it in 1 day thanks to online info I submitted for Dr. Andrew Hargroder, now what should I do to prepare? Any comments on the doctor or thoughts are appreciated. Thanks
