CHA has denied me!

Does anyone have any ideas? I thought for sure that I would be approved. But because I do not have diabetes they are saying NO! I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. My BMI is 61.6. What part of life threatening do they not understand? I will appeal. Can anyone give me any pointers. Thanks

Bridget, I was denied by cha also. I have a friend that was too. We both appealed. He had to go before the appeals commitee and the denial was overturned. That was my next step but mine was overturned before that happened. I have diabetes but my friend did not. His bmi was less than yours too. I'll be glad to help you with it if I can.
