Lexington Area Support Group

I have started a support group in Nicholasville, 8 miles from Lexington. This is a very informal group that gets together just to share experiences, protein suggestions, "before and after" pictures, etc. Refreshments are provided and a door prize is given. Our next meeting is March 11th at 6:00 p.m. at the Old Jail in Nicholasville. If anyone would like further information or directions, please contact me. Hope to see you there!

Gwen, I received a letter from you about this support group. I wasn't able to attend because my daughter Natalie (a friend of Kayla's) had a band concert AND cheerleading practice. But I would like to be kept on the list if it's OK. I would love to come to the next one! Keep me posted. Laura Johns
