GOING CRAZY
This too shall pass. As time goes by you'll be able to add more things, slowly but surely. There may be times that you need the flavor. Try licking the item, but not chewing. Or, try chewing something, then spitting it out. Don't do it too often though since you'll still get the calories. Eat things with lost of flavor in them. Add flavorings.
Try to be patient. It does get better after the first few weeks.

Been there! I thought those days would never be over..but they are. Be patient. You didn't get into this situation over night and it is going to take patience and perseverence to make it through the first few weeks. I am about to hit three months and things are SO much better. It got better every week. Good luck!
