new pic--12 weeks post-op

Hello Everyone! Not posted in a long time. I have a new pic for my 3 month post-op. Have a look. I'm down 81 pounds to a new weight of 245 pounds. This has been a very exciting time for me and I think it has been the best decision of my life. Best of luck to all of the newly approved. Your life is about to change!! Debbie

debbie, that picture is so good. I can really tell a lot of difference. Looks like your hair is holding up good, too. mine is still coming out

Oh my gosh Debbie. You are literally melting!! You look fantastic!! 81 pounds in 3 months is so awesome. I don't think I'm going to catch up to you. I've lost 57 pounds in 2 months but I'm happy with that. Keep up the good work. You look great! Laura Johns

The hair is getting a little thin right in front but the rest is holding up pretty good. Don't worry about the weight slow or fast it will come off. I'm not sure how I have been so blessed but I have. I really need to exercise and I'm going to regret not doing it if I don't quit procrastinating!!! Debbie
