Anyone know anyone at VA Hospital in Lexington?

Do any of you know anyone who works at the VA Hospital in Lexington? The reason I'm asking is this. My husband saw a job listing there for someone to be their technology director...a perfect job for him, and rather than just send his resume out into cyber space, he's wanting to find someone who might work there to hand deliver it. He's really wanting a new job. He is a project manager, consultant and Technology director...so if your company is hiring, let me know, okay? Thanks for any help. Kat
