Has anyone been denied by CHA ? And then approved on appeal ? Debbie

debra, if you do appeal, go to some of the profiles where people have had to appeal and see how their letters look. There is also a special place on here (i don't know where, that has sample appeal letters posted. maybe you already know this or someone with more knowledge than i can help you. i just can't believe you were denied.

Debra, I was denied my first time and I have CHA Commonwealth Administrators. My Surgeons insurance clerk handled everything for me and about 1 week later I was approved. Good luck, Teresa Gash

debra, i had forgotten about it until Teresa mentioned it but our surgeons office handles the appeals also. i'm sure you have let them know already that you want to appeal?
