I have a date!

Finally...I was approved after my first letter and my date is scheduled for November 11, 2003. Yipppeee!!!!

Congratulations! I know how excited you must be. Take the time from now until then to really read up on all the things required for after surgery. No matter how much you think you're ready, there are many things you learn afterward. It's still all worth it. Good luck!

Hi! From the first orientation meeting to surgery schedule date it has taken me 7 months. My doctor is Dr. Nighbert in Lexington. I'll be having my surgery at St. Joseph East. I go for "Bari Boot Camp" on Oct 29 which is a review of post op diet, exercise, bowel prep, etc. My formal meeting with Dr. Nighbert is at 12:30 that same day. I can't believe it will be here in one month!!! Debbie
