The dreaded plateau
Well, I've finally done it. I think I've hit the plateau. I weigh myself once a week (ok twice, but I only "go" by the Thursday weigh). I weigh .5 lbs more this week than last. That is SO discouraging. I'm down 64 pounds in 12 weeks. I thought it would be more, but I'm ok with that. I'm NOT ok with NOT losing! How long will it last?

It's me! I've already been on plateaus for a week to almost a month. My weight will go up and down. Right now I'm at 256 when I was at 254 at my lowest. I am one of those who weigh every day. I just can't help myself. The only advice I can give is drink like two gallons of water a day that's the only thing that has helped me....try not to float away..lol
