Re:Walter Lindstrom/Bluegrass Family Health

I'm interested in hearing of anyone's experience with Walter Lindstrom's services(was it worth it? How long did it take to get approval?). I would also like to hear about other's experience with BlueGrass Family Health Ins. since Jan. of this year. I want to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced the same problems my family has had. It seems you have to beg for services that you are clearly qualified for. Thanks for any help!
