Finally Got A Surgery Date

I feel like I won the lottery or something, I got my date. Dr Dyer will be doing my surgery on Oct 15th at Centennial in Nashville, Tenn. I have so many mixed emotions here but the biggest one is I want to go ahead and pack and sit in the van to be ready to go. I have no lie to tell but I am nervous and scared too. I have been fortunate because from start to my surgery date will have only been about 6 months and I know others have waited much longer. I will say a prayer for those waiting because I KNOW what that is like. I would like to find an "Angel" close by if there are any. Hugs Barb

Barb, I'm excited for you, gettng our dates is like Christmas in August. I couldn't even sit after I received my date because of all the excitment and the utmost joy. Where in Ky do you live? I live in the Ashland area and if I can be of any help, just ask. I'm 14 months post now and doing great. Susy.
