Insurance problems

Hello! I'm getting to make my second appeal. I also plan to turn in information to the state insurance commissioner. I'm trying to cover all my bases, and would like to know if anyone knows of a lawyer in Ky. that has been successful in the area of weight loss surgery, or if anyone has ever used Walter Lindstrom. Any information or help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

LaDonna, Please tell me you dont have Bluegrass for your insurance ?? I have waited 1 1/2 yrs to get approved , and im still waiting , I sent mine to appeals too and guess what , got turned down as well... I then waited another 6 months , and they sent my info back in.... I personally think it is not the insurance persay , but the individual that works the case, so I 've been told...
