insurance

has anyone had any experience with Tim Davis and associates insurance. I work at a local hospital, but getting any information from any co-workers is like pulling teeth. any information would be appreciated. I'm driving my self crazy wondering. I'v had my first consultation, my nutrition consult, and my psych. consult, just waiting for July 11 to my second surgery consult, then they will contact my insurance, but it would be nice to know if they have ever approved anyone before. ohhh the waiting.....
